I went to Hellen and Sarah while getting back on my feet after struggling for over a year with Long Covid symptoms such as fatigue. Both are so knowledgeable about what they are doing. My muscles were soon stronger, and I quickly moved on to walking more than a block. The best support ever. I cannot put into words my appreciation.

I've been coming to see Sara for almost a year now for the total body wraps and lemme tell you it's the highlight of my week when I go in. Huge changes in how I look at my body, Sara is very thorough in explaining the science behind the services and how or why the body is doing what it's doing. I'll be honest I went on a whim after having a particularly stressful season at work (super puffy, not really sleeping well) just to see what would happen, best thing I ever did.
